PickleVend.com Return and Refund Policy

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.2 Process

 To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team 800-667-9189 within the specified time frame. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please include this RMA clearly on the outside of your package.

1.3 Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery. Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting it, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

2. Refunds

2.2 Refund Process 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Items not in their original      condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
